Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation isn’t just for monks – anyone can learn it. I believe it is a 21st Century skill that everyone would benefit from. The principles are simple, and regular practice brings many well-studied benefits including improved coping ability, lowered blood pressure, reduced stress and anxiety levels, decreased distress and much more.
Meditators have been shown to be calmer and happier than those who do not meditate. Practising mindfulness can help reduce stress and improve focus, helping you get off the treadmill that life can be. It goes hand-in-hand with meditation.
The first session is an hour, then you will go away and meditate daily for a week, then we’ll have a 30 minute follow-up session to resolve any issues you may have encountered.
